Sweet Cream Corn

INGREDIENTS

12 Fresh Corn

1 Cup Heavy Cream

2 T Butter

2 T Sugar

1 t. Salt

¼ t pepper

1 Cup Milk

2 T Flour

¼ c Parmesan Cheese


DIRECTIONS

Shuck Corn and remove the silk

With a sharp knife, cut kernels off the cob and scrap the corn to get the goodness from the corn

In a large pot, combine the corn, heavy cream, butter, sugar, salt and pepper.

Let cook for about 5 minutes.

While the corn is cooking, combine the milk and flour. Add the milk and flour mixture to the corn and stir until combine. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Take the pot of corn off the stove and add Parmesan Cheese. Stir until the cheese has melted into the corn.
